Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, or exchanges on opened or used items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! That includes:

• Lash adhesive (glue)

• Lash bonder

• Lash shampoo

• Lash strips

• Lip products

This policy is in place to maintain proper hygiene and product integrity.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If so, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beautyby_p@outlook.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or offer a store credit.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Kole Kollection Beauty Haus LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
